Acupressure for Headaches and Sinusitis Relief

Headaches are a common health problem that most people experience. It is defined
as pain arising from the tissues that surround the head or the upper neck. Factors
such as stress, anxiety, depression, migraine, hypertension as well as physical injuries
can lead to headaches. On the other hand, sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of
the tissue lining on the sinuses. It is usually caused by a virus, like the cold virus and in
some cases bacteria or rarely fungus. Other conditions can also contribute to sinusitis
such as allergies, tooth infection and nasal polyps. For immediate relief, you can try

sinusitis persists, better consult a physician.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep.
The condition can be short-term (acute) or can last a long time (chronic). It may also
come and go. Acute insomnia lasts from 1 night to a few weeks. Insomnia is chronic
when it happens at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more
