How Many Acupuncture Visit for Vertigo Treatment?

How many acupuncture visits for vertigo treatment and how long each session lasts?
Generally in our clinic we usually suggest a short course of treatments anywhere from
3 to 6 treatments to test for two reasons. One is to determine whether your body
responds to acupuncture and second is to let us know how many treatments does it take
for the vertigo to go. See your local acupuncturist to know more about your options.

Is Acupuncture a Temporary Relief?

Is acupuncture a temporary relief? Well no. It is not. In Biomedicine and when you are
taking pharmaceuticals you are dependent on pills. The moment you stop taking them,
the symptoms will come back. However, with acupuncture therapy, it re-trains your
brain to restore blood flow to affected areas allowing the body to heal itself. As
acupuncture treatments progresses you will experience longer relief until the ailment
resolves itself. Some of my patients come in for maintenance like once a month but that
is completely up to you.
