So which hand do you use for acupressure?

Best practice in acupressure is to use the hand opposite to the side of the body that is
ailing you. So if you are experiencing pain on the left side, use the right side, and if
the pain is on the right, use your left for acupressure.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep.
The condition can be short-term (acute) or can last a long time (chronic). It may also
come and go. Acute insomnia lasts from 1 night to a few weeks. Insomnia becomes
chronic when it happens at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more.

I got a very interesting question the other day: “can I get acupuncture while I am on
medication?” The answer is absolute yes! We work with many different types of chronic
pain patients and acupuncture is completely safe and may be able to help if you are on
                                    meds.

It is, however, very important to let your practitioner know what type of meds you are
on so they can check in with your local doctor before having treatment done. We have
helped many people come off pain medications and work with your local doctor to get
                                    the best quality care possible.

degeneration or the bones in your spine weaken with age and trauma to the disc which
